Each Stripe account gets full results and exports on 5 separate UTC days. Repeat scans on the same day use no extra credit (up to 5 scans per hour). Test-mode scans use no credits. After that, headline totals remain available. Each scan covers up to 5,000 active subscriptions.

What does this free Stripe MRR tool show?

Mix reads your active and past-due Stripe subscriptions, normalizes each price to a monthly amount (yearly ÷ 12, coupons applied) and groups the total by product and by the customer's billing country. It also lists, for the last fully elapsed calendar month, the subscriptions that started and the subscriptions that stopped billing, per product.

Is this the same as my Stripe dashboard MRR?

Close, but not identical. Stripe's dashboard uses its own definitions and timing. Mix shows a live snapshot of the current book at the moment of the scan, in your dominant currency, with other currencies converted at the latest spot rate.

Why doesn't the movement card show upgrades and downgrades?

Separating expansion and contraction needs each subscription's price history, which requires reading invoices over time. This free tool reads only the current book plus last month's cancellations, so it shows new and lost subscriptions. The full MRR movement (new, expansion, contraction, churn) is in the FlowMRR app.

Where does the country come from?

From the customer's billing address in Stripe, falling back to their shipping address and then to the billing address on their payment method. Customers with none of the three are grouped under “Unknown”, and their share is shown so you can judge the coverage. Stripe only stores an address when you collect one, so a high Unknown share usually means billing address collection is off in Checkout rather than anything missing here.

Do I need to provide an email before seeing my results?

No. Connect your Stripe key and review the results without signing up. Email and company name are requested only when you export, and the file downloads straight away.
