Each Stripe account gets full results and exports on 5 separate UTC days. Repeat scans on the same day use no extra credit (up to 5 scans per hour). Test-mode scans use no credits. After that, headline totals remain available. Each scan covers up to 5,000 active subscriptions.
Customer concentration, explained

What does this free Stripe tool show?
Concentration reads your active and past-due Stripe subscriptions, normalizes each one to a monthly net amount (yearly ÷ 12, coupons applied) and sums it per customer. From that ranking it computes the share held by your largest customer and by your top 5, 10 and 20%, the number of customers making up half of MRR, the Gini coefficient, the Herfindahl index and a 10-point Lorenz curve. It also shows how concentrated each product is.
What is a healthy level of concentration?
There is no universal threshold, but investors usually get nervous when one customer exceeds 10–20% of recurring revenue or when the top 10 exceed half. The tool flags "moderate" above 10% for the largest customer and "high" above 20% (or above 50% for the top 10). Early-stage companies are naturally more concentrated; the question is the trend.
How do I read Gini and HHI?
Gini runs from 0 (every customer pays the same) to 1 (one customer pays everything). HHI is the sum of squared percentage shares: 10,000 means a single customer, under about 1,500 is generally considered unconcentrated. Both summarize the whole distribution, where top-N shares only look at the head.
Why is the biggest customer not who I expected?
Customers are grouped by Stripe customer id. The same company split across several Stripe customers appears as several rows; a customer with multiple subscriptions is summed into one. Trials are not revenue yet and are excluded.
Do I need to provide an email before seeing my results?
No. Connect your Stripe key and review the results without signing up. Email and company name are requested only when you export, and the file downloads straight away.
