2. Terms of use
Purpose and acceptance
These Terms of Use govern access to the FlowMRR website and service. By creating an account, connecting a Stripe account, or using the service, you accept these Terms. You represent that you use the service for professional purposes and have authority to bind your organisation.
Service description
FlowMRR provides Stripe revenue analytics, including MRR and ARR tracking, revenue movements, retention, forecasting, cash flow and recovery tools. Available features depend on the selected plan.
Stripe accounts and connected data
Stripe accounts are connected through Stripe Connect or an API key. Stripe grants Connect applications a read-write scope; FlowMRR uses that access to read the connected account and performs a single write: retrying a failed invoice at the user’s explicit request. Any feature that performs an external action, including sending recovery emails, requires the appropriate user activation. Details are on the Security & data use page.
You remain responsible for the legality, accuracy and backup of your data, and for decisions made using FlowMRR analytics.
Stripe is an independent service from Flow-MRR. The availability, completeness, timeliness and accuracy of Stripe data, APIs, webhooks and permissions depend in part on Stripe and on your configuration. Flow-MRR is not responsible for unavailability, delays, permission changes or errors originating from Stripe or your source data.
Recovery emails
When you enable recovery email sending, you remain solely responsible for the legal basis for sending, recipient identity, content, mandatory notices, opt-out or unsubscribe mechanisms, and compliance with applicable rules, including direct-marketing and electronic-communications rules. Flow-MRR may suspend or block sending that presents a compliance, security, fraud or deliverability risk.
Acceptable use and security
You must not bypass security measures or use the service unlawfully or fraudulently, and must keep account credentials confidential. You must promptly notify Flow-MRR of any suspected unauthorised access.
Availability, changes and liability
Flow-MRR uses reasonable efforts to maintain service availability and security, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The service may be changed, maintained or temporarily unavailable. Analytics are decision-support tools; they are not financial, tax or legal advice and do not guarantee an outcome.
You remain solely responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy, completeness and use of your data, and for interpreting the information, calculations, alerts and recommendations displayed by the service. You must verify results before making any commercial, financial, tax, legal or operational decision. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Flow-MRR is not liable for losses, damages, fraud, data misuse, decisions made by you or a third party, or consequences arising from inaccurate, incomplete, unavailable or misinterpreted information, where the event does not result from a breach attributable to Flow-MRR.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Flow-MRR’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the contract, from all causes of action, is limited to the fees actually paid by you for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to liability. For exclusively Free-plan use, liability is limited to EUR 100. Flow-MRR is not liable for indirect, consequential or special loss, including lost profit, revenue, opportunity, business, goodwill or data.
Suspension and termination
Flow-MRR may, with immediate effect or following notice depending on the circumstances, suspend, restrict or terminate all or part of your service access and, where applicable, cancel a subscription for a breach of these Terms or the Subscription Terms, failed or overdue payment, actual or suspected fraud, unlawful or abusive use, a threat to service security, third-party rights or service integrity, a reasonably identified risk, or to comply with a legal requirement or an administrative or court order. Where reasonably practicable, Flow-MRR will notify you of the reason and may allow you to remedy the issue.
You may stop using the service and request account closure under the terms of your plan. Suspension or termination does not waive fees already due or obligations that by their nature survive termination.
3. Intellectual property, confidentiality and customer indemnity
Intellectual property and feedback
You retain rights in your data. Flow-MRR retains all rights in the service, including its software, interfaces, methods, analytics, improvements and content. You grant Flow-MRR the rights strictly necessary to process your data to provide, secure and improve the service under these Terms. Flow-MRR may use suggestions or feedback you provide without compensation or obligation.
Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other party’s confidential information with reasonable care and use it only to perform the contract. This obligation does not apply to information that is public, lawfully known before disclosure, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
Customer indemnity
You will indemnify Flow-MRR against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising from your data, your instructions, your lack of authority to connect a Stripe account, your use of recovery emails, or your breach of these Terms, third-party rights or applicable law. This indemnity applies to the extent the claim is not caused by a breach by Flow-MRR.
4. Subscription terms
Plans and prices
FlowMRR offers Free and Pro plans. The Free plan is limited to 200 active customers. The Pro plan includes data exports and reports, real-time notifications, recovery email sending, and priority support. The features and limitations displayed on the Pricing page form part of these subscription terms.
As of the date above, Pro is priced at USD 59 per month when billed yearly, or USD 79 per month when billed monthly. Two seats are included; each additional seat costs USD 15 per month. Prices exclude applicable taxes.
Ordering, invoicing and payment
Subscriptions are completed through the payment flow designated by FlowMRR. Payments are processed by Stripe and are also subject to the applicable Stripe terms. Flow-MRR does not store full payment-card details. Subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing period. You must provide accurate billing information and maintain a valid payment method. Applicable taxes are added where required by law.
Free trial and refunds
Before any first charge for Pro, FlowMRR provides a free trial of at least 30 days, unless otherwise stated at checkout. The Free plan also allows use of the core analytics features without payment.
Given these evaluation options, Pro subscriptions are not refundable for periods already billed, except where mandatory law requires otherwise or an error is attributable to Flow-MRR. You may cancel before the end of the free trial or before renewal to avoid the next charge.
Term, renewal and cancellation
Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date through the account or as instructed by FlowMRR. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or where an error is attributable to Flow-MRR.
Late or failed payment
In the event of failed payment, Flow-MRR may suspend Pro access after reasonable notice, without affecting any fees due or available remedies.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms of Use and Subscription Terms are governed by French law. The parties will seek to resolve disputes amicably. If no agreement is reached, the competent courts will be determined under applicable procedural rules.
Changes to terms and pricing
Flow-MRR may change these terms or its prices. For a material change or price increase, Flow-MRR will provide reasonable advance notice. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, new prices apply at the next renewal, not to an already-paid period. You may cancel before a material change or price increase takes effect.
5. Personal data and trackers
Personal data
Flow-MRR processes data necessary to provide, secure and improve the service, including data related to connected Stripe accounts. The Data Processing Agreement applies when Flow-MRR processes personal data on behalf of its customers. See our Privacy Policy for processing details. For questions about personal data, contact support@flow-mrr.com.
Cookies and analytics
At present, the website does not use advertising cookies or audience-measurement cookies stored on your device. Internal analytics uses browser session storage, which is deleted when the tab or browser closes, and a daily pseudonymous server-side identifier derived from a truncated IP address and user agent. Raw IP addresses are not retained.
This configuration must be reassessed before adding any third-party or non-essential tracker. If needed, a consent mechanism will be implemented before such trackers are set.
